OUR NEW HOME AS OF 7/09!

I am often asked is now the time to buy, we recently sold our home of 16 years and purchased so I certainly feel now and for several months to come will be the best time to purchase that new home. Many are taking advantage of "Short Sales" and bank owned homes, the buying process may take a few weeks or could take a couple of months.  There are also now some great prices on standard listings.

"But what if homes go down anouther 5 to 10%? We have til 12/1 to qualify for the goverments $8,000.00 credit and if your paying rent of $1,000.00 per month what will really be saved.  If interest rates increase, as expected in the months ahead more can be lost then saved.
